Standard delivery

In-stock orders normally arrive within 3–5 working days using a tracked courier service.

Delivery times may differ for items awaiting stock, items sent directly by our suppliers, heavy goods and certain locations. Please see the relevant sections below and check the ‘Need To Know’ box on the product page.

We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.

Next working day delivery

Next working day delivery costs £7.99 and is available on eligible orders and postcodes.

Order before:

• 3pm Monday–Friday
• 2pm Saturday

Orders placed after these times may arrive one working day later to allow time for processing. Always check the expected delivery date at checkout before completing your purchase.

Does my order qualify?

Every item in your basket must be in stock and eligible for next working day delivery. This option will not appear at checkout if:

• Your basket includes an item sent directly by a supplier.
• Your basket includes an item awaiting stock.
• Your basket includes any item that is not eligible for next working day delivery.
• The items in your basket together exceed 15kg in total weight or 120cm in overall packed length.

These limits apply to your order as a whole, so adding several items may take it over the weight or size limit, even if each item qualifies individually.

Need a particular item quickly? Consider ordering it separately. The separate order must still meet the eligibility, weight, size and postcode requirements. Check the available delivery options and expected delivery date at checkout.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your parcel? We offer Click & Collect via Evri, with standard and next working day services.

The same eligibility rules, weight and size limits apply to next working day Click & Collect. Order before 3pm Monday–Friday or 2pm Saturday, and check your expected delivery date at checkout.

Free delivery offers

Free postage and packing offers apply to standard delivery only and exclude next working day delivery and orders with heavy goods delivery charges.

Where available, you can upgrade to next working day delivery for an additional £2.00 after applying your free delivery code.

Items awaiting stock

You can sometimes order an out-of-stock item when we expect it to become available within the next 10 days.

If your basket contains an item awaiting stock, your whole order will be held until that item is back in stock and available for despatch. Next working day delivery will not be available for that order.

If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for it.

Items sent directly by our suppliers

Some products are sent directly to you by our suppliers. Delivery times may vary, so please check the ‘Need To Know’ box on the product page.

Orders containing these items do not qualify for next working day delivery. To receive another eligible item more quickly, please order it separately.

Heavy goods and specialist delivery

Heavy goods items are marked with a green, single red or double red lorry symbol to indicate the applicable delivery charge.

Items marked with a double red lorry (£24.99) are sent by a specialist delivery company. Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.

Once the courier has received your order, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. The day before delivery, they will also email you an estimated delivery time.

Please provide a mobile number when ordering so the courier can contact you.

If you already have an online account, please check that your delivery address includes a telephone number. To add or update it, go to My Account → My Addresses → Edit on the relevant delivery address.

Delivery to the Isle of Skye

For the postcode areas below, parcels are delivered to the nearest parcel shop to your delivery address, where you will need to collect them:

IV41, IV42, IV43, IV44, IV45, IV46, IV47, IV48, IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56.

Deliveries to parcel shops take place twice a week. You will receive an email when your parcel arrives, and it will be held for up to 10 days.

Delivery to the Isle of Man

Delivery takes an additional 24 hours. Please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive.
