I was very disappointed with this product. When I opened the package, I discovered that most of the snowman was missing. I only received the front part – the hat, head, and arms – but the entire back of the snowman was not included. There were also no assembly instructions in the box.
For the price, I expected a complete and properly packaged item. Unfortunately, this product cannot be assembled or used in its current state. I hope the seller improves the quality control, because this was a very frustrating experience.
