Please review the query types below and use the link which is most appropriate to your enquiry. It is usual for our help desk to respond to your email queries within 48 hours. However during our busy periods we do ask for up to 5 days to respond.
Click here to email customer services. In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service and items may arrive separately. If you still have not received your full order after this time, please supply the item code and description.
Payments and Refunds:
Click here to contact us regarding payments & refunds. If you have paid by Credit/Debit card we will only charge you once an item has been despatched. If you have ordered more than one item, these may arrive separately and charges will also appear separately on your statement. If you have returned a parcel for a refund, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed.
Click here to contact us regarding returns. You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Postal/Delivery charges are not refunded on unsuitable items unless order is cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. Please return via the Post Office by the cheapest method available. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of return and enclose a note/invoice in the parcel with your details, stating reason for return and whether you require a replacement or refund. If the item you wish to return was indicated as bulky/heavy on your original order please contact Customer Services on 0330 331 0300 for assistance in returning the item.
