"Wow!"
I did not expect this item to work so well. I like that there is a choice of types of massage as well as intensity. Too early to know if it will help me long term. I am hoping it will relieve my night time burning feet and restless legs. But from first experimental use today, I have a feeling it will.

"Foot Massage Mat"
I bought the mat to help with my numb feet after treatment for cancer. At first I thought it wasnt working but put my hands on mat (it was on the highest number) and felt the electrodes were working as it was my feet that could not feel it. I'm giving it a good few weeks trial and I have now begin to feel some sensation and now turned the strength down 2 numbers. So I'm hoping in time it will help get some sensation back in my feet
