I chose thermal Damart tops and a pair of leggings. The tops are woderful to wear at night, so warm and comfortable. I'll wear the leggings under trousers but weather so far not extreme, could happen any time now.
The wedge leg support is terrific. Circulation problems mean i should raise my legs and feet above my heart when possible, and this fits the bill wonderfully, so comrtable i inevitably go to sleep immediatelly! Cannot reccomend it more highly.
