"Wide Topped Socks"
These were bought for my Mum, who has heart failure and odematous legs measuring 40cm at her lower calf. The socks have a fit that is generous enough for feet and legs swollen with oedema. The top of the socks fit nicely without marking and the foot size is also adequate. In the photo the socks appear restricted round the ankle, but this is not the case in reality. They will be good for spring, summer and autumn and fit into shoes well. They may not be thick enough for winter.

"Excellent For Swollen Legs"
Great fitting socks. The foot is normal size but the top fits swollen ankles beautifully. They wash well too.

Exactly what we have been looking for - good quality, comfortable and streets ahead of other socks claiming to have extra wide tops. One little warning the colour ran the first time they were washed. We wil be buying more.
