“It’s Bingo Time!“ Game Rules

1. 1. Coopers of Stortford (“Coopers”) is organising a promotion in the United Kingdom from 13th May 2025 to 22nd June 2025 entitled “It’s Bingo Time!”, comprising a bingo game, subject to chance.


2. 2. Entry to the promotion is free. No purchase is necessary and placing an order for goods with Coopers does not increase the likelihood of winning.


3. 3. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Coopers, its agents or of any other person or other organisation connected with the promotion, or any relatives of, or members of the same household as any of the aforementioned, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.


4. 4. Participants may enter the promotion between 13th May 2025 and 22nd June 2025 by any of the following methods: i) By post. Participants must first check their Bingo Card to see if they are in possession of the winning entry according to the criteria set out in Rule 5, complete the Entry Form provide by providing details of their name and customer account number and return it to Coopers at the address specified thereon; or ii) By using the website www.coopersofstortford.co.uk . Participants must first check their Bingo Card to see if they are in possession of the winning entry according to the criteria set out in Rule 5 and then enter the promotion using the shopping basket in accordance with the instructions provided on the website and quoting the participant’s privilege catalogue or offer code or via the featured link on the homepage.


5. 5. Each participant is used with an Entry Form containing a list of 16 numbers and a Bingo Card on which 15 numbers are printed. The holder of the Bingo Card on which the 15 winning numbers (18, 31, 56, 62, 86, 9, 13, 36, 43, 6, 77, 24, 58, 66, 80) are all contained within the list of numbers on the same Entry Form shall, unless Rule 7 applies, be declared the winner.


6. 6. One prize of £1,000 (One thousand pounds) will be awarded. The winning Entry Form will be allocated to a specific customer by Coopers at random before the mailings containing the Entry Forms are distributed and the identity of the holder of the winning entry will be kept secret by Coopers until after 22nd June 2025.


7. 7. If the entry of the winner of the prize is not received by Coopers in accordance with Rule 4 on or before 22nd June 2025 the holder shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize. In that event Coopers shall conduct a draw from among all entries received in accordance with Rule 4 in order to determine the winner. Coopers shall conduct this draw, if required, on or before 14th July 2025.


8. 8. Coopers shall notify the winner, whether determined in accordance with Rule 5 or Rule 7, on or before 28th July 2025 and shall pay the prize money to the winner by bank transfer upon receipt of details of the bank, sort code and account number of the winner’s chosen bank account on or before 25th August 2025.


9. 9. Coopers will ask the winner for consent to use his or her surname, address, county of residence and photograph for the purpose of advertising the result for promotional purposes. The winner is not under any obligation to agree to the use of these details but must inform Coopers if it does not wish them to be used within 7 days of receiving Coopers’ request.


10. 10. The surname and the county of residence of the winner will be available upon written request to Coopers on or after 28th July 2025. No information will be given by any other means.


11. 11. Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.


12. 12. Coopers cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or partial or total amendment of this promotion (or its Rules) for reasons beyond its control.

“Lucky Ladybirds“ Scratchcard Game Rules

1. 1. Coopers of Stortford (“Coopers”) is organising a promotion in the United Kingdom from 28th April 2025 to 8th June 2025 entitled “Lucky Ladybirds”, comprising a scratchcard game, subject to chance.


2. 2. Entry to the promotion is free. No purchase is necessary and placing an order for goods with Coopers does not increase the likelihood of winning.


3. 3. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Coopers, its agents or of any other person or other organisation connected with the promotion, or any relatives of, or members of the same household as any of the aforementioned, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Participants must scratch away the panels in the box on the reverse of this document to reveal the images of clover leaves on the sticker underneath, peel off the sticker and attach it to the Entry Form provided, which must be completed with details of their name, address and customer number and return the completed Entry Form to Coopers at the address specified thereon; or ii) By using the website www.coopersofstortford.co.uk and entering using the shopping basket in accordance with the instructions provided on the website and quoting the participant’s catalogue or offer code.

If four-leaf clovers are revealed on the sticker, the holder of that sticker is entitled to receive a prize, the amount of which is determined by the total number of images of ladybirds also depicted on the sticker. If three ladybirds are depicted the prize is £200; if six are depicted the prize is £500; and if nine are depicted the prize is £1,000. One prize of each sum is offered.


6. 6. The winning Entry Forms will be allocated to specific customers by Coopers at random before the mailings containing the Entry Forms are distributed and the identity of the holders of the winning entries will be kept secret by Coopers until after 8th June 2025.

If (a) a row of three bees is revealed on the scratchcard and (b) all three images of bees on one of the two rows bear three black and yellow bees with three black stripes the holder of that scratchcard is entitled to receive a prize of £1,000.
